Avesta Cuisine can create ethnic menus ranging from an Indian Feast or Italian Buffet to an all-American BBQ or Hawaiian Luau. Chef Avesta’s Kurdish roots have greatly influenced her cooking, along with extensive knowledge of Greek, Turkish, Persian, Arabic and European cuisines, including classical western European training. Avesta began cooking at a young age alongside her first inspiration, her mother, whose love of cooking shaped Avesta’s desire to learn to cook and who still has a large impact on Avesta Cuisine today. Her love and admiration for Asian and Latin cuisines have also molded her techniques and flavors. When Chef Avesta travels around the world, she learns from the locals how to make signature dishes and finds authentic   recipes that she incorporates into her menus.

 

 Additionally, we are very experienced in creating delicious vegetarian and vegan cuisine. If you are looking for a specialized menu, please schedule a meeting with Chef Avesta and she will design and create a menu perfectly tailored to your needs. We love to use organic foods, especially locally grown and raised items, but please note that these items will be based on seasonal availability. We are also very aware of how important it is for our company to help recycle and reuse. Please inquire about the availablility of environmentally-friendly, disposable tableware that are made from recycled material or made from corn.
